Crazy food trip to Guadalajara!

So my husband and I decided to leave from our home in Los Cabos and meet my sister and her hubby in Guadalajara for a week of eating and drinking. We did it very very well! I will say the best place we ate was this huge place that has all these small areas where there are tables. It is called Santo Coyote Restaurant. I ordered the seared tuna that was out of this world! My husband ordered shrimp pasta in a cream sauce that he said was the best he has ever had, and just to be clear, I make shrimp pasta for him! I can't remember what the other two had but I know they loved it. After you eat dinner there are a bunch of tables that are full of single plated pastries and you can have as many as you like! All in all, it was an incredible place, food, service, and ambiance. That was just one of the places we went to and I would love to tell you of more and maybe if you like, add pictures.
