Tasty Coconut Rice Dessert

hello today I bring you this tasty recipe so that you prepare it at home, have fun and enjoy it; Coconut rice is a dessert prepared in many countries, especially in Latin America where this fruit is abundant, but its origin comes from Mexíco, the coconut rice is very tasty because of the softness of the milk and the crunchiness and exotic coconut, which make a perfect combination, in Venezuela it is common to see it especially in the regions that are close to the coast, where coconut palms abound and where they prepare many coconut-based products such as majarete, cocada, canned coconut among many more.

It happens to many that when they eat a particular food their mind takes them to remember places where they have been, so it happens with smells, because when I eat the coconut I think of the beach, I do not know if it will be because I associate the palms of Coconut with the beaches or for the refreshing of its flavor, the fact is that if you want to give yourself an easy but very tasty gust you should try this recipe.

Coconut rice is milk rice but instead of using cow's milk we use coconut milk and coconut striped to give texture, coconut milk is a good alternative if you want to stop drinking pasteurized cow's milk, we can milk it get in supermarkets or stores but today I'll teach you how to do it yourself since it is very easy and you will be 100% natural, without any additive and very tasty.

INGREDIENTS:
-. 1 cup of white rice
-. 2 cups of water
-. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon or powder
-. 2 cups of coconut milk
-. 1/2 cup of sugar
-. 1 can of condensed milk
-. ground cinnamon or powder for decoration

PREPARATION:
(STEP BY STEP)

To start making the coconut rice is necessary to prepare the coconut milk, for this we need 2 coconuts, (the white part) we cut into small pieces as much as we can, to not strain the blender much as the coconut is hard, we put it in the blender together with 2 water rate and liquefy.

We pass the blender mixture through a sieve so that we only have the liquid (milk) and not the solid (coconut).

NOTE: this coconut that we have left can be placed in a pot with sugar and prepare some delicious cocadas to avoid losing anything of the coconut.

NOTE: This milk can be sweetened to taste and we have a tasty and natural coconut milk.

Now to prepare the coconut rice! ; Place the bowl of white rice with the two cups of water and cinnamon in a deep-bottomed pot, bring it to boil for eight minutes or until the rice is still hot.

After the rice is soft but not watered we add the two cups of coconut milk already prepared and the half cup of sugar.

We stir constantly so that the rice does not stick, until it becomes creamy and then add the condensed milk.

We serve it in separate containers or in a large container, let it cool to room temperature and then refrigerate it, you can eat it hot, at room temperature or cold, as you like.

CURIOUS FACT: you knew that the name of the coconut was given because it has three little holes that look like two eyes and a mouth; This name is what they used to scare children who behaved badly, telling them that the coconut would come for them ...
