Hello darlings steemit what is promised is today I bring you the rich recipes of the RICAS GALLETAS that we like to all big and small, from a rich chocolate cookies to a whole bars so ummmm hands to work.

CHOCO CHIP COOKIES

Ingredients:

• 500 gr of flour
• 2 eggs.
• 375 gr of sugar.
• 250 g of butter
• 100 gr of chocolate chips.
• 1 pinch of salt.

Preparation:

  1. Heat the oven to 200 ° C. Add the flour, sugar and salt in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Refrigerate the butter until it is hard.
  3. Chop it into small cubes and add it to the flour.
  4. With a spatula stir until the mixture is gritty.
  5. Add the eggs, compact the dough and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
  6. Remove and integrate the chocolates chisas. Form small balls and place on a baking sheet. Let cook for 15 minutes and remove.

VANILLA TEMPLATES

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 egg
  • 4 yolks
  • 5 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 cup of flour (120 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon of corn starch (starch, chuño)

PREPARATION

Put in the bowl of the blender, egg, yolks and five tablespoons of sugar.

CRUNCHY HEARTS WITH CREAM

Ingredients:
• 90 gr of flour.
• 30 g of butter.
• 1 egg yolk.
• 30 gr of sugar.
• One teaspoon of vanilla.
• Powdered sugar.

For the cream:
• ¾ cup of milk.
• 45 gr of sugar.
• 2 egg yolks.
• ½ vanilla pod.
• 15 gr of flour.
• ¼ cup of whipping cream.

PREPARATION:

  1. Knead the flour with the butter cut into squares, sugar and vanilla, until you get an even dough; quickly add the yolk, cover the dough with cellophane paper and put it in cold for 30 minutes.
  2. For the cream, beat the yolks with the sugar until they are frothy, add the flour, pour the boiling milk flavored with vanilla and cook the mixture, stirring for 8 minutes.
    3.* Let the cream cool in a container sealed with cellophane. Stretch the dough in a 3 mm thick layer. Cut out hearts of increasing size and cook them for 15 minutes in the preheated oven at 180 ° C (360 ° F).*
  3. Beat the cream until it becomes solid. When the hearts have cooled, sprinkle the powdered sugar. Join the hearts of the same size 2 in 2, fixing them with a little milk cream. Pass two pairs of large hearts to each plate and go forming the candy with hearts of stepped sizes, as if it were a tower, interspersed between each layer a good amount of vanilla cream. Finish sprinkling sugar.
