For me, my dear readers there is also a rich variety of desserts that could be said to be my favorites, a rich mixture of sweet love and simplicity all expressed in a sweet piece of heaven, which although it serves us for dessert we can use it for the snack, I'm sure you'll love it from the smallest to the largest (but at heart) that although maybe new to you for me is a remembrance of my childhood, the mere fact of smelling them take me to a specific place in my memory. So enjoy them doing them and give your families those unforgettable moments.

FLAN DE MARANJA

Ingredients:
• 6 Eggs.
• 4 tablespoons of sugar.
• 1 can of condensed milk
• Equal amount of common milk.
• 1 cup of orange juice.
• Sugar to caramelize.

Preparation
pread the sugar in a mold for the custard, place it over moderate heat and turn it over so that the sugar in caramel covers the bottom and walls. Beat the eggs with the sugar until they are firm. Mix with the two types of milk and juice. Pour into the prepared pan and cook in a bain-marie in a preheated oven at 175 ° C (350 ° F) for an hour and a half or until a knife inserted in the center is stained.

Of this flan there are many versions known in my country also as quesillo, we can make coffee, chocolate, coconut, vanilla with liquor.
