Thank you. Very useful. I've recently started taking Turmeric, but I'm not sure it agrees with me. From what you say Ginger appears to provide some similar advantages. I did read somewhere that healing spices can depend on your genes i.e. If your ancestors had Turmeric in their diet then it is likely to be more beneficial to you. I know my grandparents, (and possibly their predecessors) were great Ginger lovers!!.
