全家都爱吃的卤牛肉

我们一家子肉食动物,懒得做大菜的时候,;卤一锅牛肉和几个鸡蛋,配面或米饭都是不错的选择。
材料:牛腱子2磅,桂皮八角香叶少许,料酒3大勺,生抽2勺,老抽3勺,柠檬汁一勺,糖1勺,蚝油1勺,姜5片,葱一把。
做法:牛腱子洗净焯水。取1大锅,加入能漠过牛肉的水,煮沸,加入桂皮八角香叶以及上述所有调味料,加入焯好水的牛腱子,喜欢的话,也可以顺便加几个剥了壳的白煮蛋。大火煮沸,转中火50分钟。关火焖3小时。取出牛肉,放进冰箱冷藏2小时,如果放鸡蛋的话,把鸡蛋留在卤汁里继续入味。
吃之前,牛肉切片,鸡蛋切块。
卤汁过滤,进冰冻,下次再用的时候再根据口味添加调味料就好了。可以一直重复利用下去的。
