Low fat Pav Bhaji (Indian Food) Receipe

Pav Bhaji

Ingredient

  • 1 Chopped large Onion
  • 1 tsp minced Ginger
  • 1 tsp minced Garlic
  • 2 Green Chillies slit length wise
  • 1 chopped bell pepper
  • 3 Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 Cup of diced and boiled (Green bean,carrot,cauliflowers)
  • 1/2 cup boiled green Peas
  • 3 tsp Bhav Bhaji Masala
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 buns (called Pav )


Method

Put oil in a pan, then add onion, garlic and green chilli and saute till until it turn it into golden brown .Then Add boiled Vegetables and stir it as usual.

Stir in the pav bhaji Masala powder, turmeric, tomatoes, capsicum and salt as per your taste. Add slit green chillies (length wise) and water and mix it well. Cook all mix up to 4-5 minutes.

Mash slightly all the vegetables till they are little pulpy.

Add lemon juice  as per taste and serve with toasted buns or other bread as you wish.
