This was one of the best meals we've received so far from Hello Fresh!
It was delicious, simple and really brought out some amazing spring time flavors.

Zucchini fritters made with shredded zucchini, eggs, flour, seasoned salt and a bit of crushed red pepper.
Served with siracha mayo.
A great way to use up all that beloved zucchini.
