Bread in sesame sauce

Ingredients:


▪ 8 chops

▪ salt and pepper

▪ 2 tablespoons of flour

▪ 2 tablespoons of sesame

▪ Frying oil

▪ 700 ml of broth or soup made of beef cube

▪ parsley leaf

Preparation:

Press the pulps and pour salt and pepper on one side.

Cool the oil in the saucepan 100 to 150 ml. Bow between the fire and the strongest.

Turn each chop into flour and fry on both sides until they are slightly blended

Take the chops and slip into the plate. In the oil in which you have scrambled the chips, sprinkle the sesame and the rest of the flour left behind by the rotation of the meat.
