recepie#1 brownie (español/ ingles)

Hoy les traigo una receta que disfruto hacer, brownie, los ingredientes son:

• 4 Huevos
• 1 1/4 taza de azucar
• 1 taza de harina
• 2 cds de cacao (opcional)
• 200 gr de margarina (aunque este lo hice sin este)
• 200 gr de chocolate

• 2 spoonfuls of cocoa (optional)

Es tan sencillo que se hace en 4 pasos:

1. Derretir el chocolate con la margarina en fuego lento, cortar los pedazos de chocolate para que sea mas facil derretir (en este caso solo derreti el chocolate en una taza en el microonda, cada 30 segundos lo sacaba para batirlo).
2. Batir huevos con el azucar hasta que salga espuma.
3. Unir todo, batir hasta que se integre.
4. Agregar una taza de harina (las 2 cds de cacao si asi se quiere)

molde preparado a 180 grados por 25 minutos.

It is so simple that it is done in 4 steps:
