Ingredients
6 cups of Calrose Rice (Sushi)
250 grams of chicken breast or ham
soy sauces to taste
oils
1 chopped onion
10 sprigs of chopped scallion
3 chopped carrots
2 chopped pumpkins
2 cups of soy germ
3 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons of chicken brot
Preparation
Slice the chicken very thin and mix with the soy sauce.
Beat the eggs and cook them in a hot pan with a little oil, chop and reserve.
Fry onion in 3 tablespoons of oil for 10 minutes, add the chicken and fry 2 minutes. Remove from heat and reserve hot.
In the same pan add oil and fry the other vegetables and when ready to take out of the fire.
Heat a large pan to put 2 tablespoons of oil, add the rice and move a minute. Add the salt and the broth. Move 2 more minutes.
Put the onion, chicken, egg and vegetables and mix carefully. Serve hot.
