Exquisito plato de comida para toda la familia.
Ingredientes:
-360g de espagueti, sin cocinar.
-4 mitades de pechuga de pollo, deshuesadas y sin piel (unos 565g), en tiras.
-450g de queso amarillo, en cubos.
-1 lata 300ml de crema de pollo condensada.
-1 lata 285g de tomates picados con Ají o chiles verde, sin escurrir.
-1 lata 135g de champiñones rebajados, escurridizo.
-1/3 de taza de leche.
Preparación:
- Cocine la pasta.
- Coloque en una sartén aceite, agregue el pollo y fría a fuego medio-alto de 4 a 5 minutos o hasta que se haya cocido. Añada el queso, la sopa, los tomates con Chile, los champiñones y la leche. Revuelva a fuego bajo hasta que el queso se haya derretido. Incorpore la mezcla de pollo a la pasta y mezcle. Coloque en un molde engrasado.
- Hornee a 180 °c de 35 a 40 minutos o hasta que se haya calentado
