I have beturned vegan for a half of year now, I feel my body very pure and healthy.
Some people may have a idea that the vegan food is boring and tasteless.Actually it's not true.
This is what I eat in a day.

很多人谈到素食的第一反应是:不那么美味的食物但是健康。
50%正确,但另外那50%完全错误。
素食中的蔬菜、水果如:辣椒、胡椒、大蒜、洋葱、葡萄、柠檬等等,是天然的增味剂,他们才是为一份佳肴提供“味道”的关键,所以也非常容易被烹饪的可口。
反观肉类,鸡、鸭、鱼、蛋、奶它们原本恰恰没有味道的。人为的将植物的味道强加赋予它们,是让我们能够更多地吃肉食。而肉食也正是导致越来越多现代病的根源:胆固醇、高血压,脂肪肝.......
肉类当中也同样具有很多动物性激素,这些激素更是被农厂生产者广泛利用。
如:生长激素能使鸡鸭猪能快速长大成熟并卖个好价钱。但也导致我们身边的小朋友们个个小小年纪就有了第二次性成熟。
如:鱼厂给鱼类喂食避孕药。为的也是让鱼长个头,逐利是人的本性,但农场主们还没有知识知道这么做的后果。
请注意,这些激素类药物是能够通过动物的身体残留到人体中的。动物病变也是可以传染给人类的。禽流感就是最好的例子。
在这里我不是想让大家都吃素,只是想告诉您:
一日三餐可以有很多不同的选择,健康和美味也可以兼得;)
