You can directly eat a plain corn, without adding any flavor or anything, and I am sure that you are going to enjoy its taste.

You can also use mais as a dish, and it's called the SUAM, it is made of crushed corn and some meat as its flavor, then some bitter gourd leaves, this is a great tasting soup, and you should try it.
