Caramel Doughnuts

Who doesn't love doughnut? oh, can't see anyone rise hand. So doughnut lovers, this time, the doughnuts bath in caramel for you. Sticky? yes. Crunchy? yup. Delicious? definitely!. All those sensations you get here. Check out my caramel doughnuts and how to make them. 

Ingredients:
  • 300 gr flour
  • 50 gr butter
  • 1 egg
  • 30 gr milk powder
  • 80 ml warm water
  • 5 gr yeast
  • salt
  • sugar
Instructions:
  1. Mix flour, yeast, salt, milk powder
  2. Whisk egg add in to the flour
  3. Add in warm water, knead
  4. Add in butter the knead again until the dough dull
  5. Wrap for an hour
  6. Make doughnut shape
  7. Fry in medium heat
Caramel:
  1. Roast sugar in low heat
  2. When completely melted add in doughnuts
