Modern men and women have NO time to cook. So a quick tip for an almost healthy plate of food:
1_ Pan fried fish
Simple like that: butter, hake, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Panfry the hake seasoned (salt and black pepper) in butter and olive oil and then add the juice of one lemon.
2_ Salad
Oven roasted beetroot and microwaved butternut (easy to do it). Add some fetta, salt, and a little bit of olive oil. That is a Killa!
