Hello steemit friend on this occasion I shared my dish this afternoon that is "kuah pliek eungkot seungko".
In the language of aceh eungkot seungko is catfish, while pliek is a typical ingredient of aceh made from coconut fermentation which in such a way as to produce pliek.
Pliek is a local wisdom of Aceh that can not be encountered in other areas.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg fresh catfish
  • Pliek to taste, blender like a delicate spice.
  • 1 coconut, take the coconut milk
  • lime leaves, in slices
  • curry leaves
  • lemongrass, in slices
  • kecombrang, in slices
  • green chili, in halves
  • water

  • 3 dry red pepper
  • 2 cloves red onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic

How to make
