Ingredients:

1: Atta (Flour) 2 Cups

2: Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste

3: Cheeni (Sugar) ½ tbs

4: Anda (Egg) 1

5: Oil/Ghee 3-4 tbs

6: Pani (Water) as required

7: Anday (Eggs) 2

8: Pyaz (Onion) 2 tbs

9: Hari mirch (Green chilies) Chopped 1 (Optional)

10: Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp

11: Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste

12: Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp

13: Tamatar (Tomato) Chopped 2

14: Hara dhania (Green coriander)

15: Ghee/Oil for frying

16: Mozzarella cheese (Grated) as required
