Meatball soup

Tonight we decided to cook up a meatball with rice soup.  Replacing breadcrumbs with rice.  Individually rolled in flour as to not break apart.  In the pot goes any vegetable one would like. In our case, potatoes, tomatoes, carrots, mushrooms, and garlic.  This time we thicken the broth by blending the veggies after they were soften, so the kids wont pick only the meatballs (def. worked).  Add in the meatballs.  Cooked until ready and moved off the stove to let cool enough to add in the pasta strings.  Ready to go.
