papaya salad on a hot summer day

Here are two version of some homemade green papaya salad that was made over the weekend for a picnic. Filled with all fresh produce, the top is a more dry version whereas the second batch has more juice and sauce. The ingredients aren't truly measured by exact quantity or amount but by experience and taste and add to it the sweetness and or spiciness that one prefers. One can't go wrong with either.
