乌鸡1只、沙 参20克、当归头20克、
黄芪20克、党参20克、淮山20克、
百合20克、红枣10克、枸杞10克、
姜片2片 盐适量
制作步骤:
1,乌鸡去除内脏和头尾,洗净。
2, 将所有药材洗净用少量清水浸泡片刻。
3 ,把乌鸡放入汤煲中,倒入一次性到够足量清水。大火加热后,撇去浮沫。
4,将药材和泡发的清水一起倒入煲中,待水开转小火煲2小时,食前加盐调味。
Ingredients:
1 black chicken, 20g sea cucumber, 20g Angelica head
Huangqi 20g, dangshen 20g, Huaishan 20g
20G lily, 10g jujube, 10g medlar
Ginger slices, 2 slices, proper salt
Production steps:
Remove the viscera, head, and tail of black chicken and wash it.
Wash all herbs and soak them in a small amount of water for a while.
Put the black chicken into the soup pot and pour in enough water at one time. After the fire is heated, skim the foam.
Pour the medicinal materials and the water soaked in the hair into the pot. Turn the water to low heat for 2 hours. Season with salt before eating.
