Drinking lemon water first thing in the morning gives the body a chance to absorb these vitamin C and potassium effectively and can provide a little immune boost..

@kartiksingh Drinking lemon water in the morning is fabulous to our health, but my stomach is sensitive to its acids, so I went to the doctor and he told me to mix it with green tea, so every morning I drink my cup of green tea with half a lemon, without sugar or another additive and it tastes terrific!
