INGREDIENTS:
milk 500-600мг
gelatin 30g
drinkable yogurt (any flavor) 250-300mg
cocoa powder 2-3 tablespoons
sugar 2-4 tablespoons
vanilla
PREPARATION:
1.In milk pour the gelatine and leave for half an hour, so it was soft.
2.Then heat the milk and constantly stir so gelatin doesn't burn. When gelatin is dissolved, cool the milk. 3. Add to milk sugar, yogurs, vanilla and whisk it all in a blender.
4.Then divide this mixture into 2 parts. One portion is poured into the form and put in the freezer for 15 min.
5.The second part of the pour cocoa and mixing until a homogeneous mass blender.
We got coffee blend.
6.Take out the frozen mixture from the freezer and pour on top of coffee mixture.
Again put them in the freezer. Half an hour later our delicious ready)).
