i am new to this puffed wheat / gothumai pori. i am seeing this on my grocery save. it's far a healthy alternative to puffed rice. It looks as if very puffed. when you open the packet and feature it as it's far, it'll taste very bland and little chewy now not very crispy. however you need to roast this on a dry pan for three to 5 minutes. As you roast them the puffed wheat will shrink in length and receives very crunchy. The roasting offers lovable aroma to the puffed wheat as well. you can then add anything you like and experience.

Puffed Wheat - 2 cups
Onion - ¼ cup chopped
green Chilli - 1 chopped finely
Coriander Leaves - 2 tblsp chopped finely
Salt to flavor
Chilli powder to flavor
Chat masala powder to flavor
Lemon Juice to flavor
instructions
Toast puffed wheat in a dry pan for four to five mins.
