From the best Korean BBQ to delicious buffets, and a hidden gem that serves naengmyun (cold noodles), we writed a list of the most popular Korean restaurants in KL to satisfy your food cravings!
There are many Korean dakkalbi restaurants in Kuala Lumpur, but Uncle Jang is definitely one of the best (in fact, it was the first dakkalbi restaurant to open in Malaysia in 2007). There's nothing more satisfying than having a great conversation with friends or family while sitting on a giant round hot plate in center of the table.

4.Pocha
Pocha is a hidden gem in an unsuspecting shop in KL. If you're craving some authentic Korean food, this is the place to go. It's a plain eatery run by an elderly Korean couple that doesn't even have a proper signage, with scraps of paper on the walls, a narrow hallway, handwritten menus, and private dining rooms separated by wooden partitions. You can get the usual Korean dishes, from delicious Korean pancakes to teokbokki with ramen, cold noodles, and comforting soups. The old fashioned ambience of the restaurant makes for a unique dining experience! Be aware though, seats are notoriously difficult to find and the owners don't speak much English.
5.Dookki Malaysia
If you love tteokbokki, Dookki will be your paradise! Dookki, a popular franchise in Korea, opened its first branch in Malaysia's IOI City Mall in 2019. What is the most unique part of this restaurant? It serves up to 90 minutes long all you can eat delicious buffet with free flow soft drinks!Enjoy six types of chewy rice cakes sourced from as far away as Korea, paired with fish cakes, chicken, seafood, tempura, vegetables, mushrooms, and even ramen.The rice cakes will be cooked in a simmering pot of soup - you even have the option of putting a double ring of cheese around the pot!
