Had this for breakfast this morning. It is very simple and quick to make and leaves you satisfied and gives you energy
Here is how I make it:
1. warm up water till it boils
2. Put 3-5 heaping tablespoons of oatmeal in a glass bowl
3. Add 2 teaspoons of organic sugar cane to the oatmeal
4. Then add fresh or dried goji berries to the bowl usually a few tablespoons. (but you can choose the amount based on preference).
5. Pour the boiling water in the oatmeal just enough to barely cover it to allow it to cook.
6. Let it sit for 1 min to allow it to cook if instant oatmeal.
7. At this time the oats should have absorbed the majority if not all water.
8. Then add a splash of milk or the amount preferred.
