Hello guys! I know some of you might be on a diet so I decided to tell you guys about 5 foods you should never eat if you want to stay healthy.

1: ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS

Ok so some of you will say they can't live or drink their cup of tea or coffee without some sugar. But one teaspoon per serving is totally fine. Beyond that it's really bad for your health. Plus, people having less sugar in their diet found themselves more energetic.

2: MARGARINE

If you think that's it is a healthy alternative to butter, you're WRONG! There is a lot of fat in there that can increase our cholesterol. An alternative I can suggest you is olive oil, it is very healthy and delicious. :)

3: SOY PROTEIN ISOLATE

I'm not saying that all soy is bad for you. But the isolat one can increase the risk of cancer and infertility of women. If you're a vegan, you better get you something better for your health like veggie burgers with quinoa, chickpeas or black beans.

4: DIET FOOD

For those who think that "diet" or "low fat" means low-calorie, you're WRONG once again! Diet bars and low-fat foods like yogurts usually have more sugar, salt, and unhealthy fillers to make them taste okay. The worse thing is we are happy about ourselves and eat double serving because we think it is healthy.

5: FROZEN MEALS

I know we've all been through some lazy times and we've been hungry and reckless about what we eat. But let me tell you, these meals are oftenly heavily processed and filled with fat and salt. Instead of doing this, when you're feeling like cooking, make a huge portion, freeze it all and there you go!

I hope this has been helpful to you! Thanks for reading my post!
