Pickles
I have made a few batches of pickles and sauerkraut. One batch was a failure [mold].
There are many good instructional s at You tube.
Do not let air make contact with the vegetable. Also to get vitamin C, fermenting must happen in the dark.
Search 'Fermenting' and 'making Pickles' and remember, fermenting is not pickling. Avoid vinegar, metal, hot water IF you want probiotics.
I was spending $30-100 on probiotic pills.
So what do the pickles taste like when you do this without vinegar?
