On this evening I will make another post about food, namely (bulukat), whose name may be strange, because maybe you haven't never seen at all, but in my area (bulakat) is one of the typical foods that are always used in various kinds of events.
If you take a glance, what is imagined when you see these foods as if they are strange than other foods, according to ancient times (bulukat) became a typical food in various customs events such as, khenduri, hajat, and many others that I did not mention.
(Bulukat) It really tastes very good, especially mixed with grated coconut and sown sugar on top makes the food taste more delicious.
