How about a healthy smoothie for breakfast!
Ingredients:
Blueberries – 1/2 cup
Banana – 1
Whole milk – 150 ml
Chia seeds – 1 tbsp
Honey – 1 tbsp
Method:
Blend together Blueberries (frozen), Banana, Whole milk and Chia seeds in a blender.
Add honey and give a quick mix.
Pour it into a glass container and garnish with few blueberries (I used blackberries)on top.
