Marinated shrimp skewers with garlic

Ingredients:

24 tails of raw shrimp
1 red pepper cut into cubes
16 cherry tomatoes
6 cloves of crushed garlic
2 shallots cut into slices
Olive oil
Lemon
Pepper and salt

Utensils:

1 garlic press
1 food film
1 lid
1 saucepan
1 stove

Preparation:

Step 1
In a dish, pour 35 cl of olive oil with lemon juice. Add crushed garlic and shallot rings.

Step 2
Mix the raw shrimp tails and cover the dish with a frying film for at least 1 hour.

Step 3
Remove from the fridge and prepare the skewers with 3 shrimp each: 1 cherry tomato, shallot, shrimp, pepper, shallot, prawns, cherry tomatoes, shallot, shrimp, pepper.

Step 4
Pour some marinated juice on the skewers and finally cook them on the barbecue.

Pour the oil with garlic and shallots in a saucepan, brown in some diced peppers, covered. Add 15 cl of water, 4 tablespoons of cream, salt, pepper; and 1 tablespoon cornmeal for a thicker sauce.

Note:

Serve with ratatouille, broccoli or potatoes.
