Tigerprawns
On my last houseparty I had raw and fried prawns. I love any kinds of tigerprawns cooked, fried or even raw but if you can get your hands on excellent tigerprawns you should enjoy them raw, just with soysauce. If you fry them on a grill or a pan you get excellent tigerprawns too.
Raw vs. cooked
I have to admit that sometimes cooked tigerprawns (boiled in hotwater) are great too. For example if you want to do Sushi, but in my opinion that is mostly a waste of money. The best way is to use Soysauce and / or Yuzu Kosho and enjoy the tiger Prawns raw (https://steemit.com/food/@knozaki2015/i-travel-the-world-part-14-fukuoka-saburokujyuhachi) check my old Fukuoka post if you never heard of it.

if you visit Aceh, Indonesia..you can find prawn coocked with spicy noodle. we call it "Mie Udeung". you can find about this noodle on google by keyword "Mie Aceh"

I absolutely love prawns they are probably my favourite kind of seafood.
However I've never had tigerprawns before but they sound amazing
