Sofia Hotel Balkan Breakfast
I had an excellent breakfast at the Sofia Hotel Balkan. After giving me a huge Suite the Hotel gave me free breakfast. I was surprised to see the fantastic breakfast and again the vegetables in Sofia are excellent

The selection was really excellent and my favorite real honey from honey combs! I tried the tomatoes and other vegetables and they were incredible. Hotel with nice suites and great breakfast this hotel really made my day.

@knozaki2015 - Ooohhh - Real honey is a rare treat. My family gets it from the aborigins from the jungles sometimes. The so called branded 'real honey' is mostly from bee farms which collect sugar from the sugared water sprayed on the housing rather than nectar
I also loved the picture of the empty soup bowls and spoons. It looks almost like a lotus flower due to the artistic lighting.

I live not far from Sofia and yes, the vegetables in Bulgaria are great:) If you are still there I strongly recommend you to try the local hite cheese and yogurt:)

Wow that was very nice of the hotel. That looks like a big breakfast spread with a lot of great food. I have never seen honey served that way before. Very interesting. It is hard to come by where I am.

Honey can be found everywhere in my country Bulgaria. I always buy it from local producers.
