Natto Gohan
Natto is a love or hate food. You either love it or you hate it. It smells a bit strange but if you like it you will love it for ever. I usually take an raw egg and mix it into the Natto with some soy-sauce. You can add some pickles or Ume-plum to it and it will be delicious. (If you ever want to eat Natto, meat me somewhere in the world and let me prepare it for you, you will love it the way I prepare it)
Btw. Japan is decided too, usually people from the South of Japan don't eat Natto. So in Osaka etc. most of my friends never eat Natto. So if you don't like it you are not alone :)

Hi, thanks for posting this. Natto is great. It's a little hard to eat at first, mainly cuz of the way it looks. But it tastes good and its really healthy. I recommend trying it.

best if you mix the egg yolk into the natto and add a little bit of soy sauce. without the egg it is not that super tasty ;) (raw egg )!

I usually like beans like this. Despite the fact usually it is a mushy texture which is a bit weird in the end it tastes pretty nice. Adding an egg and soy sauce sounds like a good idea, I might try that next time.
