There are so many smoothie recipes, books and smoothies to buy out there.

Very Important:  Never buy a smoothie always make them yourself. Smoothies in supermarkets are heated and there is a lack of fibers and they will make you fat. 

If you are going to make your own smoothie always check the combination of ingredients

This is the healthiest and best recipe I know of, change it every time and experiment!

  • Green Leafs (2 loose handfuls – the darker the more nutritious, try mangold , parsley , lettuce , cabbage, carrots, green , spinach , beetroot leaves , basil , wild herbs ) ALWAYS OPT FOR VARIETY 
  • Sprouts (A handful , For example, alfalfa, radish , cress ( never use bean sprouts : I will write about that topic in my next article)
  • Legume Sprouts (beans, chickpeas , etc.)
  • Liquids (Water, almond milk, rice milk or coconut water)
  • Coconut meat will make the smoothie creamy
  • Ginger, turmeric : both as root, unpeeled, use half a thumb
  • Cayenne pepper and black pepper: Supports the production of digestive juices
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil 
  • Fruits with low glycemic index or apples, apricots, berries, grapefruit, kiwis, cherries, tangerines, oranges, peaches
  • After your preference: add vanilla raw, raw cocoa , curcuma, anise, cloves, cinnamon, etc..

This smoothie gives you power for the whole day!

Do not combine too many fruits and vegetables. 1 fruit/ 1 green vegetable is usually sufficient

Wow .. who could have every thought that a smoothie recipe could be so healthy and soooooo profitable! With $300, you can buy all the smoothie recipe books that were ever written, and then do a little mix and mismatch, repost them here, and cha-ching!

Yes, it is incredible that Steemit pays rewards to the users. At the moment the payout structure is not 100% fair, but I am sure over time the payouts will catch up and will be spread more evenly over the userbase.

Hemp seeds are better. Covers all your omega 3 fatty acids in 3 tablespoons + all your manganese and most of your magnesium and 20% of zinc . Also has 10 grams of protein. Super healthy food + makes the smoothie creamier :)

ive tried hemp coz of the above reasons,it didnt last long i think coz of the texture in my tongue ;) am not so sure if sesame and sunflower seeds are in the same category when it comes to nutrients.

You can compare the nutritional value of these two things (hemp seeds and sesame seeds) at cronometer.com, to be sure what you're getting from both of them.

One thing that stands out between the two is 170 calories from 3 tablespoons of hemp seeds versus 946 calories from 1 cup of sesame seeds.

One cup equals 16 tablespoons, so 1 cup of hemp seeds equals about 906 calories ([16/3] * 170). They're close, but the hemp seeds beat them out for dietary calorie content, should you be concerned about the potential weight gain associated with upping seed (healthy fat) consumption.

Oh yeah, and I also forgot to mention that the 3 tablespoons of hemp seeds (also hemp hearts) covers over half of the daily suggested intake of iron and 64% of phosphorous. It's good stuff :)

yes you can add nuts. but becareful to not add too many because of the fat and calories

I am following you know! Your blog looks super interesting. My procedure for a couple of years is to mix and change the recipe every day to supply my body with different things needed. So the most important thing is, that you do it every day and change it everyday. They are all healthily so you could try any combination you can come up with.
