1/2lb snow pea sprouts, rinsed clean and drained
7 cloves garlic, minced
salt and white pepper powder to taste
1/4 cup water
2 tbsps cooking oil
Heat a tbsp of cooking oil in a wok over high heat. Add in half of the minced garlic and stir fry until fragrant, looking slightly browned. Bring in the snow pea sprouts and sprinkle in some salt with a few dashes of white pepper powder. Give it a few quick tosses, dry frying the pea sprouts for about a minute. If it appears to be too dry, sprinkle in some water.
Remove from heat, dish out and serve hot.
