in food •  7 years ago  (edited)

I am posting at steemit in Korea, and I would like to introduce you Korean food that Koreans enjoy.

This is the 22nd introduction to Korean food, and today I will introduce you to Donkkaseu-kale deopbap.

Pork cutlet and curry are often eaten in Korea. Especially, it is popular as children's food.

◎ Donkkaseu-kale deopbap

Food Ingredients

: Pork cutlet, curry, potato, carrot, onion, butter 1 piece

Recipe

  1. Prepare vegetables by slicing them into cubes

  2. Put oil on pan and fry onion first! ~

  3. Add the rest of the vegetable and a piece of butter and fry. The flavor of curry changes with a piece of butter !!!

  4. Pour the water and curry into the pan and stir the ingredients.

Fry the pork cutlet to 180 degrees.

  1. Raise the rice a little and put the pork cutlet and curry. And, I prepared egg fry.

Completed dishes

I ate pork cutlet with curry once.

And I ate with Kimchi.

The taste is really good ... :)

If you have not tried Donkkaseu-kale deopbap yet, I recommend you try it when you come to Korea.

Next time I will introduce another Korean food.

Thank you for reading. Have a nice day !!

In india, we have a similar dish as well, where we cook with chicken instead of pork. However, we tend to add a lot of different spices than you do, which is probably why the food is so similar yet so different 😁

Hi, I love Korean food and you people are also really nice! One day, I am definitely going to visit Korea, so thank you for posting all these meals, so I know, once I’m there, what to try!:)
