Travel tip #2: Bergen, Norway | Fish Market

Hello you guys! I hope your doing good!

I had a really great response on my first travel tip post yesterday, and I loved writing it, so here is another one. In this post I'm going to talk a little bit about Bergen's famous fish market.

This place is a must-see when you're visiting Bergen. Very expensive, but it's an awesome experience just walking around and having a look. Every fish, crab, lobster, and shrimp, is caught and sold the same day. So, as you probably can imagine, it is very fresh.

As you can see they serve some things that is not very Norwegian, like Paella, and everybody loves it.

I've grown up eating all kinds of fish and shellfish, so it was very hard for me not buying anything. Everything was so tempting.

There were also some other kinds of food for sale, such as raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, and cherries.

Also, different kinds of sausages like, reindeer, moose and deer. These are very popular in Norway, my dad loves them! You can put it on your bread, with crackers and cheese, or just eat it like it is.

I found this menu very funny. I've never tried reindeer hot dog before, but if it's one place they would sell it, it would be in Norway!

And of course the famous Norwegian brown cheese was for sale. I guarantee you that you will find this cheese in almost every home in Norway, and I love it! So good on freshly baked bread.
