Ingredients:
• 4 Tbsp Oil/Ghee(optional)
• 2 Large Sliced Onions
• 2 Bay leaves
• 1Tsp Cumin Seeds
• 2 Star Anise
• 7-8 Black peppercorns
• 3-4 Cloves
• 2-3 Green Cardoman
• 2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
• 1 Tomato Pureed
• 200grams Chicken
• Salt to taste
• 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
• 2 Tsp Coriander Powder
• ½ Tsp Turmeric Powder
• 1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
• ½ Tsp Kewra water for flavour
Directions:
-In Pot add oil, add onions and fry until golden brown.
-In the same pot add spices and fry for 1 minute.
-Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
-Add tomato pureed and cook for 1min.
-Add red chilli, coriander and turmeric powder, mix well and cook until oil is separated, on low flame
-Add chicken and salt, let it cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
-Add curd and onion paste, cook and cover for 10mins on low flame.
-Add green slits chilli, cover and cook for 25mins.
-Add garam masala powder, kewra water and mix well.
