Fried Chicken Butter
Material :
1kg chicken, cut to taste
100-150gr margarine
4 cloves garlic
6siung onion
1 onion
Small onion leaves
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
Mushroom flavoring
How to cook:
- Boil water, boil chicken until cooked about 10-15min. Lift, drain
- Fry until the skin is brownish, do not be too long so as not to dry (can be skip let me bother)
- Heat the skillet, melted margarine, put onion, stir-fry until fragrant
- Add chicken, oyster sauce & sweet soy sauce, stirring evenly
- Enter the bombay & scallion, cook until done
- Turn off the fire, ready to eat
