Fried Chicken Butter

Material :
1kg chicken, cut to taste
100-150gr margarine
4 cloves garlic
6siung onion
1 onion
Small onion leaves
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
Mushroom flavoring

How to cook:

  1. Boil water, boil chicken until cooked about 10-15min. Lift, drain
  2. Fry until the skin is brownish, do not be too long so as not to dry (can be skip let me bother)
  3. Heat the skillet, melted margarine, put onion, stir-fry until fragrant
  4. Add chicken, oyster sauce & sweet soy sauce, stirring evenly
  5. Enter the bombay & scallion, cook until done
  6. Turn off the fire, ready to eat
