good night steemit friends all tonight I will share recipes of spicy chicken dishes the following recipe:

INGREDIENTS :
1 chicken, qep and fried origin
Onion Red, finely sliced
Onion Bombay, finely sliced
Garlic, finely sliced
4 pieces of Citrus Leaves
1 btg Serai, keprek
2 lbr Leaf Salam
1 segment Ginger
1 segang Galang
2 slices of Lime / Lemon Orange, squeeze
Water

Smooth Seasonings: (blender all)
Big Red chilli
Curly red pepper
Red pepper

METHOD:

• Stir-fry onion until fragrant, then enter the spices, citrus leaves, laurel, lemongrass, ginger, galangal, and bay leaf. Cook until the spices are cooked and fragrant.
• Give a little water and kucuri with orange juice, stir and taste test.
• Enter the chicken, mix well and turn off the heat.
