Nutritions. Delicious food. In no time? Welcome in minimalist kitchen.
I started with the question: How can I simplify my kitchen time? Time is so precious for me and I would rather spend my hours at fulfilling work, improving our lifestyle or self-development.
That meant some radical changes.
Current concept:
- intermittent fasting 16-8 = 8 hours for intense nutritions
- Tim Ferris 4 hour Chef and 4 hour body books
- only few, the most essentials tools and very sharp big knife
- lockable steam pot for faster preparation
- 5 minute recipes with 2-4 ingredients ( great source is minimalistbaker.com )
- using oven often for 1 minute recipes (put in potatoes and salmon , add spicies and do something else)
- cooking all in meals or at least less attention requiring meals
- cooking bigger amount to have two meals done (Warning! Partner has to agree to eat the same dish twice in row 😀)
