This easy-to-cook breakfast can become your favorite. The combination of toast and smashed avocado is ideal for an active day. You can also have fun getting creative with your favorite toppings.

Avocado is one of the healthiest food you can add to your diet. It's loaded with vitamins and richer in potassium than bananas! This fruit is packed with heart-healthy Monounsaturated Fatty Acids and is great to help lower cholesterol. Avocado is a great fiber source, has lots of antioxidants, and even helps to prevent cancer.

The best thing about this recipe is that you can add a wide variety of toppings. If you, like me, have a sweet tooth, don’t be afraid to add some figs or strawberries on your toast.
