I know. I was thinking, at some point, I will have to tell @luigiborla that I am Italian. Sounds like you are from the north or at least spent time there recently? My grandparents were from the south. My grandmother was born in Rome, my grandfather in Sicely. When bringing friends to their house for dinner, I had to explain that the pasta is just the first course :)
