Cooking
For our recipe, it is critical to take cheese that melts easily. It is enough to cut the product into cubes, add milk and put on a small fire, then cook, stirring constantly, until a homogeneous sauce is formed.
Ready sauce should be thick and viscous.
At the same time, while the cheese is melting on a fire, chop the onion and pepper and saute the vegetables in a small amount of vegetable oil for about 3-4 minutes.
On this, all preparatory procedures end, you can proceed to the assembly of the dish. At the bottom of a pan or small baking dish, place the first layer of chips and pour them with a third sauce.
Lay out the vegetables and repeat the layers again, distributing the remaining sauce.
Place the form with chips in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 5-7 minutes, and then serve immediately, sprinkled with slices of fresh tomato and jalapeno pepper, herbs and chopped olives.
