Many people say that drinking coffee is bad for health, mainly because of its caffeine. But many recent studies found out that drinking coffee has several health benefits. We are going to discuss some incredible things that coffee can do to your body.

The World Health Organization says that there's no link between coffee and a greater likelihood of cancer than previously thought to be possible. On the other hand, they found that each cup of coffee can significantly reduce liver cancer.

2. Preventive effect of type 2 diabetes:

There's a vast majority of studies have found that coffee can prevent diabetes. That tasty cup of coffee targets your insulin behind the scenes by increasing adiponectin, one among the various things that facilitate to control blood sugar and insulin levels.

I drink coffee every morning. I make potting soil with the grinds and mix it with sand. You can add it right into a garden to enrich the soil. Nice post. I use unbleached coffee filters and compost them too. I'm glad it is actually healthy. I get so tired if I don't drink it.
