This has to be on of the best things I’ve had in my life for 2018 by far. The vegan BLT is nicknamed the EALT Sandwich. It is made with smoked Eggplant 🍆, avocado🥑, lettuce, tomatoes 🍅 on lightly toasted wheat bread. For guarantee satisfaction I would recommend a light coat of mayonnaise and added pickles as shown.
