I was having coffee, my co worker was stuffing his face with cheese cake. I knew his mother, she was thin, his father was fairly well built. In fact, on both sides of his family no one was fat.

Except him.

Every part of him had blobs of fat.

He started telling me about the various diets he had tried, none of which worked. And then he said the strangest thing I ever heard, ; ‘Food is Love.’

How is food love?

Seeing my expression he babbled more, explaining how when he eats he feels loved.

That pretty much explained to me why he was fat and would always be fat.

Thin people eat when they are hungry. Eating, like breathing is what one does to survive. As fat people mix up food and love, they will always be fat.
