RECIPE VERSION 101 (SWEET FRIED BANANA)

Good afternoon everyone and hope you are doing good today.
today i will cook a simple recipe .I made a delicious Fried banana.It is good for snack to your kids.
this is my first time to post a cooking recipe.hope you like it!

SWEET FRIED BANANA

INGREDIENTS

• 16 to 20 PCs of ripe Cardaba banana
• 1/4 kilo Brown Sugar
• 1kilo cooking oil
• Sesame seeds
  
  
  

Step 1:
slide the banana cut into two and set aside.

Step 2:
Prepare a cooking pan and add 1/2 kilo of cooking oil,wait until will heat. And then put the slide banana in the pan,cook it until it will become slightly golden brown.

Step 3:
after it will totally cook. Set aside the fried banana.

Step 4:
in the other pan .Prepare another 1/2 kilo of cooking oil for making caramelize sugar.stir it occasionally until it will make dissolve all the sugar.

Step 5:
put the fried banana and stir until it will combine all the ingridents. And add sesame seed for toppings.

This is it pancit..haha.
