It continues today with small delicious cakes.
Probably you know the small shortcrust pastry bases, which can be topped with fruits.
Meanwhile, these floors are no longer so easy to get, I have now almost 2 weeks in every supermarket asked and was found today at a chain store with E.

Here there were massive biscuit bottoms at eye level and the tortletts were with the bread on the lowest shelf, very strange for a branded product of a giant baking chain with a capital C.
As described earlier, these were obviously already with the fruit.

Arrived at home, I cut strawberries and sugared.
I like to do without cream or pudding here because the strawberry juice soaks the ground wonderfully.
